These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinaka Crackers website and any order you place with us, whether through this website or over WhatsApp/phone. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual packaging or box design may vary slightly from what is shown.

We make every effort to keep stock and pricing information accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by us.

Orders placed through the website are sent to us as an enquiry and are not final until confirmed by our team over WhatsApp or phone, usually within a few hours.

A minimum order amount and/or order cut-off date may apply during peak festival periods; these will be clearly shown on the site at the time of ordering.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before submitting — this is what we use to confirm and deliver your order.

We currently accept payment via PhonePe/UPI to the number shown on our Payment Information section, and Cash on Delivery where available. After paying online, please share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm your order promptly.

Your order will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or on delivery (for Cash on Delivery orders).

We ship through our logistics partner, Mettur Transports, whose network covers towns and cities across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Puducherry. Delivery timelines shared with you are estimates and may be affected by order volume during festival season, weather, or local transport restrictions on fireworks.

If your delivery PIN code falls outside this regular shipping network, we can still arrange delivery, but a higher minimum order applies to make special shipping arrangements viable: ₹3,000 for addresses within Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, or Puducherry, and ₹10,000 for addresses outside these states. Serviceability and the applicable minimum order for your address are checked automatically when you enter your PIN code at checkout.

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, or that we are unable to fulfil, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

As fireworks are a safety-regulated product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All products are sourced from BIS/PESO-certified manufacturers. Please read instructions carefully, use only in open outdoor spaces, keep water nearby, and follow local regulations on timing and noise levels. Not for use by children without adult supervision.

It is your responsibility to purchase, store, and use fireworks in compliance with local laws, including any restrictions on timing, noise levels, or designated bursting areas in your area.

Fireworks are sold only to adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that fireworks purchased will be used only under adult supervision.

Pinaka Crackers is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from improper storage, handling, or use of fireworks purchased from us, or from failure to follow the safety instructions provided with the product or on this website.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Pinaka Crackers and may not be reproduced without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, policies, or the law. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or your order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
